Sundance Wireless

All new Sundance Wireless customers require a site survey and an outdoor antenna installation. During the site survey, we will perform the following:

Re-verify the equipment compatibility checklist
Run an anti virus Check
Verify signal strength and quality (some additional measures may need to be taken to ensure a quality signal)
All installations require an outdoor built in radio antenna, with access to one power outlet, 2 outlets required if having phone service added.
It is recommended that you add a battery back-up device to service the antenna and phone adapter, to ensure phone service during power outages.

Indoor Installation

An indoor installation will only occur when an outdoor antenna is already installed and networking cable needs to be installed from a central router or switch

Normal Installation

Normal fee for installation is $99.95 unless promotional prices are in effect at the time of install. All install cable lengths are not able to exceed over 300 feet without additional cost of signal booster. Installs that require a wall fish (cable run in between walls) will be an extra fee for this service, and may require a reschedule for a different time.

¹All antenna units belong to sundance wireless, so no purchase of equipment is necessary, faulty equipment will be replaced by sundance at no cost, unless negligence, theft or vandalism is the cause of damaged, missing or stolen equipment. Then customer is responsible for equipment replacement.
